Quick Start

1. Sign Up Head to capacitive.ai/signup to create your Commons account.
2. Create or Join an Organization Make a new organization or join one if you already have pending invites.
3. Set Up a Workspace Set up your first workspace and connect the apps you need (e.g. your company’s Notion or GitHub). Most apps use OAuth for easy connection — just choose an app and follow the setup steps to grant access.
4. Make an Agent Key Create an Agent Key and select which workspaces it can access. Any agent with this key can connect to our MCP gateway and use our unified search and operate tools.
5. Test in Sandbox Before connecting your agents, use the sandbox on the right side of your dashboard to test your Agent Key. Try out queries to see what data your agent can access and what actions it can perform.
6. Connect Your Agent You’re ready! Use your Agent Key to connect your agents to Commons via MCP. Your agents will now have permissioned access to all the apps you’ve configured.
